Experience

Attorney Matthew A. Valanzola has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, 8 years of which he worked as Owners’ Representative for CBRE. During this  time he represented numerous clients, including Bank of America, developing commercial space in downtown Boston, ranging from high use office to retail space. His extensive experience managing all phases of the development process —  from business planning to conceptual planning to design, construction and occupancy — affords him a unique opportunity to understand clients’ goals and needs. Now that he has turned his focus to practicing Law, Attorney Valanzola specializes in representing clients in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Development, Zoning and Land Use, Construction Law, Corporate and Business Law and Personal Injury. Attorney Valanzola understands clients’ perspective and is dedicated to putting his experience to work for them.
