Attorney Belanger concentrates her practice in commercial and residential real estate matters, representing lenders, buyers, sellers and developers in the financing, acquisition, development, and sale of real estate. Her expertise includes drafting, review and negotiation of real estate agreements, as well as settlement, title and escrow services. Attorney Belanger also serves as the firm’s liaison to its national title insurance underwriters and provides further expertise in the areas of title analysis and resolution

Attorney Belanger has been a lecturer for the Boston Bar Association, regularly presents at first time home buying seminars, and provides continuing education for real estate professionals with regard to emerging trends, compliance, and effectively representing and protecting their clients.

Attorney Belanger was also awarded the Super Lawyers designation for 2022.
